Depends on what you are looking for. If it is just good massage - I would say the best is in Kota Kemuning area. I don't know of any that's in Shah Alam per se. So, my suggestion is to venture out to Kota Kemuning. It's nearby anyway.

I tried one in sunway and kepong ( same boss) . Charges rm150!for b2b. But heard from a friend that puchong's b2b cost rm120 ( yeah, it's only rm30 cheaper, but hey, it's still money, right?). Bugger ( my friend) won't tell me the location coz he it's his secret "haven"
Also, read somewhere that puchong's spa are frequently raided by MIB previously. Any ideas whether such raids are frequent there nowadays ?

There is a B2B in USJ 1 opposite Giant, RM 130. But I have not tried it. Apparently, nothing too great there, in terms of gals.
Raids - usually due to public complain. If the owners are doing their jobs, they will know when it will be raided.
