Job hunting

It's never easy to find a "good job". Made worse, when friends give us a lopsided view of their job. They will tell you terrible bosses, clients and co-workers. Or some will tell you good bonus, great pay, and forget about the 'bad' parts. Everything has its pros and cons. This is exactly what I mean.
